Matthias Zaceriah Cerfbeer is a Jyaueze lawyer and politician who currently serves as the 23rd Chancellor of Jyau. He is a member of the Conservative Party and has been Chancellor since 2016, winning reelection in 2020. Prior to being the head of state, he served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs under the Felix Langsdale administration, and he was a lawyer for many years before entering politics.
