Mediacentre, trading as Mediacentre N.V., is a Henno-Kesselbourgish multinational mass media company, headquartered in Zilverzee, Hennehouwe with another corporate centre in Kesselbourg City, Kesselbourg. It has operations in Hennehouwe, Kesselbourg and TBA. Mediacentre is one of the largest media companies in Euclea, owning a wide range of television channels, radio stations, newspapers, magazines and streaming services across a number of countries.

Its operations include the Hennish ATV television network; radio stations Beat, 101 Radio and TalkFM; newspapers Courant, Nationaal Dagblad and Kesselbourg's Te Staatsvinger; and streaming service ATV+. In recent years, Mediacentre has expanded its operations into other countries, including TBA following the purchase of X in 20XX. Mediacentre holds a plurality market share in the television, radio and daily newspaper markets in both Hennehouwe and Kesselbourg, with recent high-profile buyouts of smaller media companies fuelling concerns over the concentration of media ownership in both countries.

The company was formed in 2006 following a merger of Exel Media, owned by the Henno-Kesselbourgish Exel family, and ATV Groep. The Exel conglomerate maintains a 46.1% controlling stake in the company. It is listed on both the s'Holle Stock Exchange and Kesselbourg Stock Exchange.

Corporate affairs

The activities and finances of the company are overseen by its board of directors. Since 2016, Jeroen Strijdveen has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mediacentre. His deputy is Carolin Hansson, officially the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The company's main headquarters is the Mediacampus, located in the western Nieuwebrug district of Zilverzee, Hennehouwe. This is also the centre of operations for its Hennish radio and television divisions, with several studios located on the campus. Mediacentre's other primary corporate office is located in Kesselbourg City, Kesselbourg, with additional facilities in s'Holle.

Shortly after its founding, Mediacentre became listed on the s'Holle Stock Exchange and, subsequently, on the Kesselbourg Stock Exchange. Mediacentre N.V. shares are included in the HAX 90 index for the 90 major blue chip companies in Hennehouwe.
