The National Party of Europe (NPE) is a political party in Europe a Nation. It was formed by Sir Oswald Mosley, member of European Parliament who had belonged to both the European Conservative and Reformist Party (ECRP) and Party of European Socialists (PES), quitting PES after its 2010 conference narrowly rejected his "Mosley Memorandum", a document he had written outlining how he would deal with the problem of unemployment.
