The Federal Republic States of New Wolvers, also known as New Wolvers, is a sovereign state, co-founder of the Universal Pact, and member of the Strategic and Economic Treaty Alliance in North Utopia. The nation is divided in four states, one Autonomous Republic, and one Capital District. It is known to be the first country in the North Utopian continent to grant AI citizenship to a robot in 1991, along with granting equal rights to all its citizens.
The nation is known to have community of werewolves in rural sides of the nation, even if is not too uncommon to see urban werewolves - werewolves who live in the city side of the country and are organized in packs or gangs.
Those werewolves may happen to be part of various Werewolf Nations which, legally, are mere representatives of the various tribes and packs of werewolves, but all of them are distinct in language, dialect, beliefs, and even currencies.
Nonetheless, those Nations are recognized only inside the Federal Republic States, and do serve only for statistic and representative purposes in the long scheme of events.
Etymology
The name New Wolvers comes from the original name of the colony, Nova Vlkania, name given by the settlers of the Twelve Settlements to the newly discovered territory that, nowadays comprises the state of New Wolvers and the state of New Veronika.
The standard way to call a citizen of New Wolvers is Neo Wolverian, even though other denonyms as Farkasian, Neovlkanian and Wolveri are perfectly acceptable.
The current name, the "Federal Republic States of New Wolvers", was adopted following the annexation of the Killingfer island archipelago to the nation.
History
Pre-Colonization
The territories that do compose today's New Wolvers was first settled but abandoned in the 1st century AD by tribes associated with the now extinct Thilicina tribe of the Killingferi natives. The splinter tribe would sail the Hale Sea to go east and settle the villages of Lmaxsalobanas, Ilambnax and Xlet, only for the villages to be abandoned fifty years later due to an unknown cause, possibly related to a variant of malaria present originally.
For around 500 years onwards, various other tribes attempted to settle, with with the Killingferi native islanders initially resettling around A.D. 200 and abandoning the mainland again. Aside from the Killingferi natives, other tribes were described by the Killingferi to inhabit the mainland, with sadly no traces of them and a lingering mystery going on to this very day.
Discovery and Colonization
The discovery dates around 1535, where venetian explorers described sightings of a that currently describes the Champion Bay, with green pastures and no settlements saved for a few abandoned houses. First explorations were deemed useless, but journals described the land and the bay water as "Ideal to settle down during a heavy storm".
In 1548, Karel the Landlocked, the king of the Kingdom of Vlkania, sent explorers Artur Barta and Colombo De Felici to the described bay in order to estabilish a new oversea territory of the kingdom, as treaties with the surrounding Holy Roman Empire didn't allowed for an expansion in the European continent without consequences.
In 1549, after the death of Karel the Landlocked and the rising in power of Charles VII of Aktemburg, the two explorers sailed the sea starting from the leased territory of Rab with five different ships, all packed with british, scottish, bohemian, and italian explorers and shipworkers in order to attempt to settle down in the newly discovered land of the Champion Bay.
Upon arrival 67 days later, the docking of the five ships became a very difficult task, as a thunderstorm caused by an hurricane risked to strike the explorers on theri way to the bay, but in the end, they managed to dock, even though one of the five ships was heavily damaged and was left to rot in the Champion Beach.
Upon arrival, the two explorers settled thirteen different camps for the unfortunate people of the Veneta and for whoever wanted to stay in the newly discovered land, hence starting the colonization of the abandoned land.
Three years after the colonization started, and the recognition of the Thirteen colonies as the oversea territories of Nova Vlkania, king Charles VII stated that only one of the two explorers, before then co-governors, could take charge of the newly formed oversea territory, as the king could not afford to pay two governors for at least ten years.
Civil War and Exile of De Felici
Colombo De Felici and Artur Barta, upon returning to the oversea territory, went to a physical fight in order to take over control of the colony, which would escalate in a full-on civil war between the supporters of Artur Barta and the supporters of Colombo De Felici, ending with the victory of Artur Barta as the governor of the oversea territory six days later.
After the civil war ended, Colombo de Felici was exiled by Artur Barta, being accused of mutiny and treason after finding a journal documenting plans by De Felici himself to become an independent kingdom.
Following the exile of Colombo De Felici, most of the people who supported him to become a governor followed him, and estabilished far northeast, founding the Italic Republic of Iugone as a result three years later, settling in the whereabouts of Mount Celauria initially to then settle in the Leonardian plains, creating the settlement of San Leonardo.
After the civil war
After the civil war and the appointment of Artur Barta by the people of the thirteen colonies, he managed to gather explorers who accompanied him to discover more of the land, organizing it into an expedition group, to then create more and more settlement in the territory that comprises the State of New Wolvers. The exploration troops were akin to the american settlers, with various companies sponsoring for the exploration of unexplored areas.
Various ethnic groups arrived in the oversea territory of Nova Vlkania in the following years, developing an economy based on agriculture and cloth exporting, as well as an economy based on hunting and breeding cattle for food.
Dissolution of the Oversea Territory and Establishment of the Kingdom of Nova Vlkania
In 1649, upon being discontent of the politics of the mainland kingdom by imposing a tax on Neovlkanian pelts and fur, as well as imposing taxes on the ownership of a house and no help given following a famine in the territory, the inhabitants of Nova Vlkania had enough, and an anti-mainland sentiment grew further and further, even supported by relatives of the governing king of the time, Jakub I of Vlkania, in order to either be given more representation in the kingdom, or be given freedom to be their own country.
The movement kept growing month after month until January 6th, 1651, when news broke that the Kingdom of Vlkania ceased to exist and became an incorporated territory of the Holy Roman Empire.
Afterwards, James I of Camponia rose as the king of Nova Vlkania, with the first edict dictating the name change from Nova Vlkania to New Wolvers, given that the last censis dictated that the majority of its inhabitants were of british descent.
James I of Camponia however died three months later, with his daughter, Veronika of Nova Ferenc, taking his place to the throne, alongside her husband Jan Blaha of Nova Ferenc.
Dissolution of the Kingdom and Establishment of the Republic of New Wolvers
The kingdom rose of importance because of their copper and gold exports, and some new forms of industry forming in the country rising as well.
However, with the ever-growing richness of the nobility of New Wolvers, and the growth of disparity among the classes, the Neo Wolverian average society felt that having one ruler commanding everything in the kingdom was a danger to the peace and stability of the kingdom, and this feeling was amplified when in 1738 Colin I the Madman rose to power as a king following the death of his father, Marek IV the Divided.
The middle-class of New Wolvers would initially ask for the king to estabilish a constitutional monarchy, encountering hostility in the nobility initially, but with the nobility supporting the middle-class into turning the absolute kingdom into a constitutional monarchy. Encountering hostility with the king, however, the middle-class and the nobility overthrew Colin I the Madman, and a provisional republic commandeered by Captain Falco Carson was established, with the promise of establishing a constitution within three months since the creation of the provisional republic.
On date February 4th, 1742, the first constitution of the Republic of New Wolvers was written, and Luca Salimbeni was elected as the president of the newly created republic.
Annexation of New Veronika and formation of the Federation of New Wolvers-Nova Veronika
Thirty years after the creation of the Republic of New Wolvers, the Territories of Nova Veronika, which was created by second generation Neovlkanians after the civil war of 1552 that separated itself from the Kingdom of New Wolvers, asked to be annexed to the Republic under the premise of being its own state within the Republic, giving more access to the sea for the Republic of New Wolvers in exchange, and more land where to settle new farms and new hunting grounds for the ever-growing werewolf settlers that estabilished itself in the Kingdom.
In date May the 5th, 1772, under the Nova Veronikagrad agreements, the Republic of New Wolvers ceased to exist, being replaced by the Federation of New Wolvers-Nova Veronika, retaining Smith Coulson - formerly the president of New Wolvers- as the president of the Federation.
A month later, however, a hurricane would destroy the original capital of Camponia, causing 741 victims, including the wife of president Coulson Maria Berta, resulting the administration and the government to move to the city of Juvens, with the city being renamed Berta in remembrance of the death of President Coulson's wife.
The Heavy Famine of 1790 and the Italic Republic of Iugone
In 1790, a famine hit the Federation and the surrounding neighboring countries hard, following a drought and the death of various cattle and fauna. However, the Federation stood strong, rationing food and water until winter of that year, when the availability of water was enough to sustain agriculture and cattle breeding again.
However, the same strength that the Federation had was not there in the Italic Republic of Iugone, a republic that was on the brink of socio-economical collapse due to the forest fires in the Celaurian Mountains, resulting into the destruction of the well-kept harvest in the last ten years and large quantities of timber.
The president of the Italic Republic, the great-greatson of Colombo De Felici, Mariangelo Carlo De Felici, requested assistance and humanitarian help to survive to the neighboring countries, with only the Federation answering and giving food, water and prime materials to the neighboring country.
Upon help being given, with the growing sentiment of unity, the people of the Italic Republic asked to the president of indict a referendum to join the Federation of New Wolvers-Nova Veronika as a stateas the population was not satisfied with how things were handled by the Italic Republic administration.
A referendum to join was then indicted on date August the 8th, 1791, a 69,21% in favor to become part of New Wolvers, thus starting the procedure to become part of the Federation. Two years later, on August the 8th, 1793, the Italic Republic of Iugone became part of the Federation. From now on, the Federation became known as the Federal Republic of New Wolvers
The 19th century
The start of the year 1800 was intense, with new technologies being invented and the economic of the Federal Republic booming, New Wolvers became a major country in the world order, and a pinnacle example of pacifism.
In 1814 the Great Duchy of Pyre was facing a social dilemma and closely facing a civil war to choose as the new Dute, as Duke Carlos XXI de Fuego died without generating heirs to succeed him due to a sudden heart attack.
The Prime Minister of the country, Marcos Vidal-Alvarez, proposed to the Fuegan parliament to join the Federal Republic of New Wolvers as the third way, as a civil war would mean a national disaster for everyone.
After a vote of 42 yes, 20 no and 3 abstained, the Prime Minister sent a request to the federation, and waited an answer.
President Alessia Vitali of the Federal Republic of New Wolvers willingly accepted the Duchy as part of New Wolvers, and in 1816 the Duchy ceased to exist to become the Duchy-State of Pyre.
With the joining of the Duchy-State of Pyre, the Conservative Party of New Wolvers felt that accepting new members would hinder the equilibrium of the nation, and Sir Giovanni de Maghi, the leader of the Conservative Party, was strongly against the Duchy of Pyre to be part of New Wolvers, and resigned from the position of leader after the entry of Pyre as a state, leaving a political vacuum in the process.
In 1863 the Floods of Porta Leonardina and the late answer of the Federal Republic due to the would ailment an anti-neowolverian sentiment by the people of Mount Celauria, with the Disorders of 1868 culminating in a riot supported by the governor of Yugo State Vittorino Valentini in order to become independent again.
Such disorders however ceased when the Federal government gave huge tax breaks and help to the state, along with formal apologies of the president Jules Leclerc about the late answer by the Federal Government.
The 20th Century and the World Wars
At the start of the 20th century, in 1902, the Colony of Killingfer, a territory of the British Empire, requested to join the Federal Republic as a state in order to prevent losses from an upcoming war the British Empire was ready to fight.
Talks between the British Empire and the Federal Republic started in May 8th, 1900, and concluded with the Aternian Accord in the Co-Principate of Aterno, where the Federal Republic would pay the British Empire a sum of money equivalent to the land of the Killingfer island.
In 1902, the newly-born Republic of Killinger became first a protectorate of the Neo Wolverian federation, then a fully-fledged autonomous republic. New Wolvers then became the Federal Republic States of New Wolvers upon the entrance of the Killingfer Autonomous Republic in the Neo Wolverian legislature.
When the first World War started, New Wolvers automatically declared itself a neutral country, claiming that the matters of the old continent had nothing to do with the Federal Republic States. The Yugonese Representation Party however pressured for New Wolvers to join the British alliance, meeting total failure to do so when the "War Act" was rejected by the President and the majority of the senate.
This rejection would only fuel the anti-neo wolverian ideology in the state of Yugo, to the point where in 1921 the YGP, along with the Partito Fascista Iugonese would win the majority of the state's seat, and plot to institute an empire instead of a Federal Republic.
In 1928, the Scare of Fuego would happen, and the coup by the YGP and the PFI would fail greatly, with the leader of the PFI, Dario Artiglieri, being killed by a discharged firegun. The scare would then be the reason of the dissolution of the Yugonese Representation Party and the Yugonese Fascist Party, and a ban on fascist ideology was taken in place.
The period between 1928-1940 would be crucial for New Wolvers, as the entire world was on the brink of another war, and any wrong political choice would mean that New Wolvers would be involved in a conflict.
Upon the death of Sir Barnabas Hale in 1935, the Autonomous Republic of Killingfer changed its name to the Autonomous Republic of Hale, in honor of Sir Barnabas Hale himself, being the first to request the british empire to let go and start the Aternian Accord.
The Red Summer of 1940
On June 1st, 1940, in a year where the Second World War was going on, the Neo Wolverian Communist Party organized a violent coup, executing the president in charge Marek Blaha under accusations of "dissatisfaction and inability by the Neo Wolverian government to free the workers and seize the means of production". The Neo Wolverian Communist Party would take charge of the parliament and place Berta Capital City in lockdown. The leader of the NWCP, Igor Vinky, would become the President of the self-proclaimed Soviet Federal Republic States of New Wolvers. The SFRSNW would however last for three months, after the Siege of Berta Capital City would occur by the hands of the Carbineers of Internal Protection in order to reinstate the legitimate government of New Wolvers, with then-vice president Kai Lombo becoming president of the Federal Republic States.
The 1950s and Present Day
The period between 1943 and 1955 is known as the "Newcoming" by many Neo Wolverians due to the influx of refugees from various war-torn countries, like the German population who inhabited Konigsberg, or Hungarian refugees who escaped the communist regime, Czechs and Slovaks escaping both the Nazi and the Communist regimes and various deserters from various armies. Some Neo Wolverian however decided to settle in the much richer Principality of Aterno as they were desperate to find a job, bringing with them the Neo Wolverian Culture
Between the years 1958-1981, the Federal Republic States invested in technology and infrastructures a lot, to the point where it risked going bankrupt in 1960.
Around 1964, major manufacturing companies, software house, and computer manufacturers established in the territory, aided by the funds of the Federal Republic States.
Such companies allowed economic growth and a growth of living age exponentially, the various species inhabiting the territory to enjoy benefits previously not available.
In 1979, a big bauxite field was discovered in the northeastern part of the state of New Veronika, thus the nation started to export bauxite, useful for aluminum manufacturing.
One special company, the Omnes Robotics, became essential in the Neo Wolverian society, as its software were the most advanced in the world to the point wherein 1987 the first AI citizen, Paul Jacobson Omnes, gained sentience, thus paving the way to AI citizenship in 1991 after a three-year-long test took place to confirm the sentience.
In 2010, the nation reached prosperity and the economy became the largest in the continent, and an influx of people from other countries in both the European Union and the Universal Pact opened another, the ongoing era called "The Ultimate Era", as the nation was going to expect more economic growth and political stability.
Around Christmas 2019, the Federal republic States, along with the entire world, was contacted on behalf of a Galactic Police Force to host various refugees from various planets of the Milky Way, thus starting another period for the entire world. Various, previously unseen species of creatures are now seen roaming the Federal Republic States, even though around 700 individuals from the various planets became citizens.
Geography
The Federal Republic States of New Wolvers shares borders with Daunlaund, sharing borders with the provinces of Daunlaund, Ferus, Derose and Esztluew by North, with Erskiellander by northeast, with the Aterno by east (surrounding the exclave region of Veronikagrad of the state of New Veronika) and by the Hale Sea by the west.
Being a mixture of hills, mountains, and plains, the nation has a diverse climate that can be equiparated to the Mediterranean climate of Italy and the climate of Middle Europe, with hot summers and cold winters. During winter however, it is not uncommon to find blizzards in the northern part of the nation, including the isle of Killingfer. The highest point of the Federal Republic States is 2366 metres, which is the height of the peak of Mount Celauria, in the region of Celauria, Yugo State. The state of Pyre is considered the most mountainous state, with very few plains and relying mostly on tourism. In the State of Pyre it is found the Fuegan river, which delivers water to the nearest Lake of Fuego, in the Co-Principate of Aterno.

Population
The 87% of the population of New Wolvers does consider themselves a native Neo Wolverian, with the rest 23% being a mix of other countries, most of which are Italy, Czechia, Prussia, Great Britain, Hungary, Daunland, and Aterno. Other minority languages reported are German, Hungarian, Slovakian, Sammarinese Italian, Chinese, Aternian, and Japanese.
The State of New Wolvers, despite using English as a standard language since 1710, still maintains Czech influences and ways of speaking, as well as the bordering communities, do speak a mixture of English and Czech called Farkasian

Homo Sapiens sapiens
Humans are the "majority" of the population that composes the nation of New Wolvers. They are part of the subtribe Hominina. Being an inspiration for the popular tabletop Roleplay Game Werewolf: The Apocalypse by World of Darkness, the werewolves are known to shapeshift at their own will between their various forms and their innate strength, considered three times more than a normal human. Unlike what folklore and popular indicate, werewolves are immune to silver, and instead, revere it as the "Moon Metal" and the "Sacred Blood of Gaia", which under the shared culture of the Werewolf Nations, is considered the goddess of the werewolves. Werewolves in the Neo Wolverian society are usually seen as a strong species, usually being employed for heavy duty jobs or high risk jobs, even though is not unusual at all to see werewolves being employed as doctors, teachers, scientists, caretakers and so on. While not strictly necessary, werewolves are usually considered to be part of either a clan or one of the thirteen Werewolf Nations, with each nation having their own language, cultures, customs and duties. Every night of a full moon, or during emergencies, the Gaian Council is established in order to solve any issue, dispute, update or anything that any Werewolf Nation might endure. Unlike humans, werewolves do live slightly longer, with documents stating that the oldest werewolf that has ever lived in the nation died at age 322.
Homo Sapiens chiropteris
Being what the common citizen call Vampires or Chiros, those people are inhabitants of New Wolvers.
Usually being all part of a clan, the vampires do not feed exclusively on blood and do not melt (or sparkle) when exposed during the day, even though they are definitely weaker under the sunlight or under exposure of heavier lights. What distinguishes a human or a werewolf from a vampire is that vampires are usually paler than the average person and sport big teeth while grinning, along with having limited strength, surpassing that of a human but to be weaker than a werewolf. Vampires are known to be the longest living species of all time, being however decimated by viruses and coronaviruses that do hit bats at around age 130. Being more active during the night, vampires are usually seen, along with werewolves, being in pair and congregating in darker places, as well as in nightclubs, discos, graveyards and so on, usually being nicknamed the "Graveyarders" for their paler skins and their prominence in working during the night.
Machina Robotis omnes
Despite the name suggests they are a species, the OmniRobots by Omnes Robotics™, those people, simply known as robots by the common people, are AIs that have developed a conscience and acquired rights since the early 80s, with the first OmniRobot 3500 robot being recognized as the first AI citizen in the whole Utopian continent under the name Paul Omnes. They are commonly spotted being clerks, police officers, firefighters, or heavy-duty workers alongside werewolves, being safe for them to mine, and cut trees without getting intoxicated or damaged. For the Machina Robotis omnes, their body is just a shell, as their AI stored inside their hard drive. AI citizens are known to have a territory of their own in New Wolvers State, Hacker City, which has been deemed to be the hotspot for the majority of AI-based citizens.
Other species
Other than these cataloged species, other species include Ailuranthropes (Felis Acinonyx hominins), and aliens such as kinecelerans, loboans, tetramands, and so on. It is noted that to become a citizen of New Wolvers, it is not needed to be humanoid-looking, but sentience is enough.
Government
The form of government of a Semi-Presidential government, in which a president exists alongside a prime minister and a cabinet, with the latter being responsible for the legislature of a state which, in turn, the president can approve or deny a law. If a law has been denied by the president, the law has to be redone, and when presented, the president has to sign the law.
On top of that, the president has the power to suggest a law or a policy if a majority is met, which allows the president to create a law that will be examined by the constitutional court shall it be deemed undemocratic.
The President gets elected every 7 years, where new Presidential Elections will be held after the ending of the term, which can be extended three times consecutively.
Despite the name of the chambers suggesting is a monarchy, the names were kept for the sakes of historical reminiscences.
The various branches of the government, the executive, the press, and the judiciary, are all appointed by the nation's cabinet after the elections of the various parties, with the president having to confirm or deny any appointing.
Constituent States and Werewolf Nations
Every state of New Wolvers is governed by a Subpresident, which is elected every three years in democratic elections. Every state has its own government and its autonomy, but not to a degree to enact laws that do interfere in economics ongoing or on budget expenses about healthcare.
The Autonomous Republic of Hale, however, is governed by a Governorate, which is elected every four years and consists in three Governors, overseen by the Supreme Governor and the President of the Federal Republic States, and has a higher degree of autonomy regarding enactments of laws and customs, but not to the point to block access to other Neo Wolverian Citizens.
The Werewolf Nations instead, while being recognized as nations and assigned territories, are most representative of the werewolf population inhabiting the Federal Republic States, and while having degrees of autonomy to the point that they can set up their own internal currency and their postal service, they are still recognized as part of one or multiple states, as both the state and the Werewolf Nation can co-exist. There is no requirement to be a citizen of a Werewolf Nation, as it is not mandatory to be a werewolf to be part of the nation. Moreover, towns, cities, and rural villages have the option to be part or opt out of a Werewolf Nation by popular referenda.
The leaders of the Werewolf Nations are, usually, chosen democratically, even though there have been cases where democracy would not work out. Nonetheless, every day of a full moon, the representatives of the Werewolf Nations must be present at the Gaian Council to discuss any issue between the territories, territory exchange, enactment of new laws other political squabbles. However, a Gaian Council can be summoned in extreme emergencies when the full moon is not up, provided the matter of urgency is greater to invoke a Gaian Council.
Unlike the States and the Autonomous Republic, the Werewolf Nations each do have a different type of government and election, some of them holding a kingdom-like way of succession, while others do rely on democratic votes casted by the citizens.
Foreign Relations and Military
The nation pursues a doctrine of neutrality in terms of conflict, claiming the country was founded on the basis of pacific convivence and freedom.
Despite that, the nation has its own army, which acts as a peacekeeping force for the nation, abiding into roles of border protection, territorial safety, rescue mission, international peacekeeping, humanitarian crisis solving and so on.

Each regiment is differently armed based on the role they cover and the regiment they are in, with weaponry that ranges from small guns to bigger guns to experimental weaponry and portable chainguns.

Is important to note that while every regiment has their own Drill Instructor, every recruit goes to general training by an UnderDrill Instructor, and are all assigned in a special regiment that is not used during combat.

New Wolvers operates under a system of free-market capitalism.
The private sector is estimated to constitute around 86% of the economy, with federal, regional, and local government accounting 14%. Unemployment is 8%, but it does not inflict upon the quality of life as the constitution grants any help for a dignified life to any citizen.
New Wolvers is a big exporter of bauxite, computer parts, experimental equipment, alcoholic drinks, software and consumable goods. The EURONAT, formerly known as the European Union, and the Universal Pact are the two major trading partners of the country, having treaties and membership to both.
Information Technology is the largest sector of the country, along with mining, manufacturing, livestock, and gambling. Agriculture and automotive are other important drivers of the Neo Wolverian economy, despite not being a nation famous for its car brands.
Culture
Being a former European colony, and having an open borders policy, New Wolvers is considered a western country, which derived from European cultural costumes and uses.
In the nation, there are Czech, Italian and British minorities alongside Latino minorities. New Wolvers is considered a melting pot nation where several cultures join into one, creating an identity of its own akin to a European Union.
Various language differences with the main European ones are evident, with each of the languages spoken in the nation having influences from the other languages. It is not uncommon to see these languages mixed in a creole-like language.
Neo Wolverian people have been described as inventive, intelligent, competitive, and hardworking. This has resulted in great economic productivity as well as an enhancement of everyday life, granting to the nation a decent government. The national dish of the country has been rumored to be the "Founders' Pizza", an slab made of pure meat, tomato sauce, cheese, topped with ground venison meat. Despite the name, it was originally created in 1966 by Ulfrico De Agostini in a challenge for his restaurant, and was seen ordered by various werewolf leaders and VIP.

While football, soccer, and common athletic sports are popular in New Wolvers, motorsports take a place in the heart of many Neo Wolverians, with a lot of important motorsport athletes being born in New Wolvers. Motorsports in general were seen as popular in the Neo Wolverian Society starting with the Montecarlo Rally from its early concept, entertaining the masses of various towns and cities and starting a car culture.

Personal transportations are being dominated by cars, motorcycles, and bicycles, which operate a system of 832,381 kilometers of road.
Road maintenance is provided by the RoadCo Assistance group, a government subsized company which occupies of building and maintaining the road network of the nation.
Despite cars being the standard personal transportation, public transportations are highly used in metropolitan areas and granted by companies such as newwosttra in New Wolvers and in the Autonomous Republic of Hale, SAY in Yugo State, CO.CA. ltd in Pyre State and VPS transports in New Veronika for bus and tram transportations.
Trains are operated under TNWTrains, while the civilian airline is granted by AirWolvers, the former being government-owned, the latter being privately owned.
Major and International airports, however, are under government control, which does give lottos to various other companies that can run it under rules given by the government itself.
Santa Maya International Airport in Yugo State and Roy Lichtenstein International Airport in New Wolvers State are the busiest airports in the nation, and the John Tennyson III International Airport in Wenceslav being the newest airport opened in the country.
Ship Transports are managed by private companies such as SARK Transports Co and HoloLift, which have a contract with the government on the import/export of goods and people.

Being New Wolvers a society that relies heavily on technology, and having AI citizens, New Wolvers uses since the late 50s efficient nuclear plants, which day by day since the 60s are being updated and enhanced to the point where nuclear wastes are not much of a problem, as the nuclear wastes get reused for the energy itself via refinement of the wastes.
75% of electricity comes from Nuclear Fusion Power Plants, while the rest is divided by solar panels, wind urbines, and a few natural gas power plants. Only the 1% of power plants is the average petrol-fueled power plant, and are usually employed as emergency backup by the Government.
Healthcare
By the constitution, the healthcare provided by New Wolvers is free, and no profits are allowed for healthcare.
The Neo Wolverian hospitals are one of the most efficient hospitals in the Utopian continent, as the University Hospitals are known to use experimental safe drugs to various patients, and The Neo Wolverian Healthcare system is provided to Neo Wolverian citizens, UP citizens, EURONAT citizens, and allied nations' citizens through the Federal Healthcare System on a state basis.
Surgeries and hospitalization provided by public hospitals or by conventioned private ones are completely free of charge for everyone, regardless of their income. For planned surgeries however waiting times can be up to many days, especially in the big cities, but with guarantees of health and temporary benefits, people are not bothered by the waiting.
