The Occident is a subcontinent in northwest Europa on Eurth.

Etymology

The name Occident is borrowed from the East-Arhoman occidens, which is the present active participle of occidō ("fall down; pass away"). This is a double reference to the former Aroman Empire and also the much older place where the San sets.

Geography

The Occident is a subcontinent in northwestern Europa. It is surrounded by Burania to the east, the Amutian desert too the southeast, and Azania to the south. The maritime borders consist of the Argic Ocean to the north, the Ranke Sea to the east, the Raga Sea to the south, and the Adlantic Ocean to the west.
