The Pan-Allamunnic Union was the predecessor organization to the Ottonian Federation. The Union was originally established as a standing military alliance between the Allamunnic countries of Jormundea, Innia, and Skraelingia. The Union was originally formed in response to the Great Northern Crusade which followed the Tyrrian Revival. Although not originally a member, Tyrrslynd was often allied to the Union prior to the Allamunnic Wars of Unification, and after the Tyrrslynd Revolution in 1854, officially joined.
The Union was one of the primary belligerents in the Allamunnic Wars of Unification, after a vote of the member-states to create a central army provoked a response by Onneria, Staalmark, and their allies. The Union was dissolved in 1872 when the wars ended and the Ottonian Federation was formed to replace the Union structure.
