The Premier of Paretia (Luzelese: Premiê da Paretia; Esmeiran: Primero De Paretia; Visegan: Premeira De Paretia; Tosuton: Premier De Paretia), officially known as the President of the Council of Ministers of The United Kingdom of Paretia (Luzelese: Presidente do Conselho de Ministros do Reino Unido da Paretia; Esmeiran: Presidente del Consejo de Ministros del Reino Unido de Paretia; Visegan: Presidente do Consello de Ministros do Reino Unido de Paretia; Tosuton: President del Consell de Ministres del Regne Unit de Paretia), is the chief advisor to the Monarch of Paretia and the head of government of Paretia. This office holds power in both the executive and legislative branches as the head of the Council of Ministers. The office is accountable to the Monarch, the Senado da Paretia and their political parties.

The premier is appointed by the Monarch after a general election or a resignation or any other creation of a vacancy in the office. The leader of the majority of the Senado da Paretia is appointed to the office and is tasked with the formation of a government with the responsibility to lead Paretia.

The official residence of the Premier of Paretia is the large and magnificent Primavera Palace, located in the district of Bandeira Roxa in Precea.
