Prince-Regent of Sharifistan is a new title created in 2020 and held by Prince Khalid Suleiman Khan. It means a member of the royal family who has the duties and powers of the Sultan of Sharifistan until the heir to the throne comes of age. Prince Khalid Suleiman Khan says it could also be used if the Sultan was too mentally ill to lead until they get better as mental illness can be cured.
