Samuel Discher is the current Secretary of the Treasury of Zamastan, serving since 2016 under President Zacharias Castovia and currently under Anya Bishop. Before his work in the administration, Discher worked for investment bank Zian Trust for 17 years, eventually becoming its Chief Information Officer. After he left Zian Trust in 2002, he worked for and founded several hedge funds.
