Alexandria-Prussia Sports Commission (APSC) is a statutory agency responsible for distributing funds and providing strategic guidance and leadership for sporting activity in Alexandria-Prussia. The agency is also tasked with protecting Alexandria-Prussia’s sporting integrity through the elimination of doping.

The APSC drug tests Alexandrian-Prussian athletes who compete at regional, national and international levels. It is also APSC role to inform the sporting community of drugs and related safety issues.

In January 2017 Daniel Hamill was nominated by Minister-President Elizabeth McCord to Executive Commissioner position, however some members of House of Lords questioned Hamill ability due to his to age and lack of experience of running public agency or any type of business. At Hamill confirmation hearing he was grilled by progressive leaning members of the Health, Education, and Labor Committee in the House of Lords. Hamill nomination was reported out of the committee on March 20, 2017. On March 30, 2017, Hamill was confirmed as Executive Commissioner of Sports Commission by the House of Lords in a 62–18 vote.

In late 2017, the Alexandrian-Prussian Grand Olympic Committee agreed to testing all its athletes participating in any future Grand Olympic games. This was due to the discovery and disqualification of numerous Alexandrian-Prussian athletes at 2016 Summer Games and 2014 Winter Games by the International Grand Olympic Committee. A total of 26 athletes were disqualification between the two games.
