Universal Journalist Association (Solaren: ''Consociationis Diurnarius Universalis'') is a international non-profit, government protected organization with the stated aim of safeguarding the right to freedom of information. It was founded by Marcellus Raxus, a prominent 19th century free speech advocate, that believed that everyone should have a right to access the news and information, without suppression of truth.

The UJA carries out protection of both real life and online protection from Journalist reporting in countries that have less freedom of speech and are at risk of death. The UJA will issue out written protests and get other governments involved to help release a journalist in a foreign country. The Organization provides assitance to journalist at risk and training in digital and physical security, as well as raising public awareness of abuse against journalists and secure their saftey and liberty. The UJA lobbies governments and international bodies to adapt standards and legislation in support of media freedom. The organization also safe guards information deemed to destructive to the world, that they only will declassify the information 50-100 years from when the piece was printed.

Many newspapers refused to cover it as it would harm their political influence in government if they accused anyone. Marcellus Raxus, a reporter for the ''Solis Times'', wanted to report on the crisis but his boss told him he shouldn't if he wanted to keep his job. So, Raxus used a pen name to report on the crisis, and investigate the problem. Many government officials tried to stop "Neil Cors" but they had no leads. Soon, Raxus opened his own newspaper business to report his findings on the Crisis. He reported that the centuries old lead pipes in Sol now had rust in them and the lead, along with rust, entered the water in the [[Golivis District]] of Sol. When Raxus published the reports and his finding to the public, everyone got worried about the safety of the water, and hope it will be resolved. With the [[Protests of 1882]] demanding safer drinking water, Emperor Praxius X ordered for "Neil Cors" to come to the palace. They S.I.B soon found Raxus and brought him to the Emperor. Praxius was understandable and he said "None of my ministers or Secretary of the Department of Health, [[Ablabius Aaen]], mentions the water crisis," and Praxius hoped that he could ask Raxus help. Raxus, however, was not in the field to deal with it, but pointed to a certain Dr.[[Casper Makhlai]], who specialized in the study of water.
