Levko Voronin (born Levko Voronin Zinoviy ; Левко Воронін Зіновій , 11 May 1779) was a Narozalican admiral, politician, and writer, who served as the 5th Governor of idk bruh from 1835 until 1850. Previously he led the Narozalican Arucian Fleet during the War of idk, from X until 1835. He is widely regarded as establishing the Vinalian identity, and is recognized as a national hero in Vinalia, being granted many medals and honors centuries after his death.

Born in Visvaina to Narozalican aristocracy, he lived for most of his in Narozalica where he entered the Naval Academy of Samistopol, graduating with honors. He was deployed to a small frigate in the port of Catherinsk, the "Orlavo", which he captained for all of his career.

He was selected to be Governor of Vinalia in 1835, retiring from the navy and going on to serve as Governor of the Colony. Voronin was well involved in bringing in development to the colony, going on a tour in 1837 of Narozalica to bring in serfs and investors to the colony. He succeeded when 50,000 serfs migrated during his tenure to the colony, and large sums to provide for roads and railroads to Vinalia from Narozalica came. During his tenure the mining industry and plantations of the country grew with large sums of money and exports growing out, some serfs had migrated from Chistovodia to work in the lucrative sugar business.

Early life

Levko was born in Visvaina in his parents timber business, Levko's father Rotislav had minor claims to nobility mainly from his grandmother, and had been able to secure land in Vinalia some 10 years prior to Levkos birth, his mother Marfa was the daughter of a plantation owner from Vevetsia, a second generation Vinalian descendant of Polianian plantations owner from Vevetsia which had arrived with her grandfather in the early 17th Century. Levko the 4th child of the couple, was born a sick boy and many feared he would succumb to pneumonia during his early years, Levko survived the condition and lived briefly in Visvaina. His father died in 1782, after succumbing to a long period of illness, with Levko's older brother Orest taking control of his fathers timber business, Orest was offered a position in the colonial militia and he arranged for the business to be sold, with the money going to fund Marfa's and Levkos other 2 sisters their trip to Narozalica.

The 4 arrived to Samistopol in 1783 where they settled and the young Levko entered rudimentary education, in 1784 Marfa met a Polianian officer in the Narozalican Army, Yakov Zinoviy which she married and the family moved to Velike Vishnavaya, Levko was entered into the local military school where he would remain until 1795 when he would graduate. Initially interested in returning to Vinalia to join his older brother (which was by now a lieutenant), he was convinced by Yakov to join the army military academy in Samistopol. Levko was un interested in his studies and considered moving to Chistovodia, but decided to join the naval academy.
