Your Franco article has large portions clearly lifted from the Wikipedia article. I'm not overly impressed by the pro-Franco bias of the writing, either. Incomplete articles

Please ensure your articles are not simply an infobox, as for example this article. If you do not quite know what content to put in, the basic requirements are an infobox, an introduction section (preferably multi-sentence) and a header outline along with the WIP template.

Infobox-only articles are not allowed, and articles with solely an infobox and one sentence will eventually be considered abandoned.
