ZSuites Incorporated, formally Foresster Market, is a multi-billion dollar multi-establishment organization located in Zamastan, though they have businesses opened abroad. The company is famous for its high-end real estate development and construction. Through its various constituent companies and partnerships, it has or has had interests in real estate development, investing, brokerage, sales and marketing, and property management, but also has subsidiaries in technology, vehicle manufacturing, and arms development. It was founded by Zacharias Castovia in 2012, and is currently headed by Tauren Delavian. The company employs nearly 229,000 people. They also operate or have operated in construction, hospitality, casinos, entertainment, book and magazine publishing, broadcast media, model management, retail, financial services, food and beverages, business education, online travel, and commercial and private aviation.

ZSuites is headquartered in the ZSuites Incorporated Tower in Tofino, and has other corporate locations and acquisitions in foreign nations, most notably Sand Point, Cadair, and Shuell. In April 2019, they announced plans to purchase out and merge with Andromeda Incorporated, the largest tech company in Libertas Omnium Maximus. They have also have store locations in Laeral, Lauchenoiria, United New England, and Trive.

The enterprise has been met with criticism since its inception in 2012. Famously, it was an important part of the Delavian Bribery Scandal, which shook Zamastan's political landscape with the resignation of both Chief of Staff Aya Booth and President Castovia, who returned to the company following his leave. The scandal also resulted in the sentencing of congressman Cormac Hammer by special prosecutor Cairo Gough.

Criticism and Controversy

S.P.I.T.Z. Armada Conspiracy

In 2014, an investigation into ZSuites executive Alexander Sumbers found a connection to chief accountants of the S.P.I.T.Z. Armada, one of the largest crime syndicates and drug cartels in the International Democratic Union. Sumbers' arrest and subsequent trial led many to believe that many members of ZSuites' executive board were either in the pocket of or were direct members of the syndicate, though no further incrimination or indictments against senior or official positions has been found. However, in 2017, a police raid in Jade Harbor's industrial port led to the seizure of over 340 tons of cocaine and other drug shipments, as well as the arrest of 43 cartel members, 12 of whom were employees of a ZSuites outlet store in the city. An sting operation on that store found cache's of counterfeited bills tied back to Sand Point, where the cartel has their headquarters. There was no connection to any executive board members or the manager of the store, but the 12 employees arrested at the port and 2 arrested in the store were found guilty of drug trafficking and money laundering.
