The Anteria Conservative Alliance is an international political alliance in Anteria founded in 2020. The foundation of the alliance was spearheaded by Prime Minister of Medovia, Hakob Beliśavar and then founded by several nations along with Medovia. The main purpose of the alliance is to protect and promote conservative and traditionalist principles in countries and thus create a bloc of nations for like-minded states to coordinate conservative policies and positions.

Principles

The Core Principles of the Anteria Conservative Alliance. All Member States agree to these principles.

  1. We believe National sovereignty and self determination is absolute; no supranational organization may dictate a nation's policies that go against their own sovereign interests.
  2. We believe cultural and religious heritage are to be cherished by our nations not limited. All member states aim to oppose radical secularism and disruptive attempts to uproot religion from their respective societies.
  3. We praise the family as a home and a center of identity, solidarity, and tradition
  4. We favor a worldview where our national interests override globalism and its manifestations.
  5. We believe that nations of this alliance should work together for mutual gain while each retaining its identity and integrity.
  6. We understand that the rights and autonomy of the individual should be as free as possible from state coercion within the applicable realms of justice.
  7. We acknowledge the unique democratic legitimacy of the nation-state.
  8. We hold up patriotism and love for one's nation as a key principle for our states.
  9. We believe that change in general flows naturally out of the traditions of the community. Change must be cautious, because knowledge is imperfect and consequences can be unintended. Institutions and morals evolve, their weaknesses become apparent and obvious political abuses are corrected; but ancient institutions embody a tacit wisdom that deserves respect.
  10. We uphold the important principle of law and order in societies in order to make our countries safer and to deter violence and criminality.

Resolution A-1: Official Vote for Adoption of Founding Principles of the Anteria Conservative Alliance
The Resolution A-1 hereby declares that the Anteria Conservative Alliance (ACA) shall be founded based on the following core principles, which all the member-states agree to:

3. We praise the family as a home and a center of identity, solidarity, and tradition 4. The passage of this resolution will thus establish the ACA and all member-states voting in the affirmative will be forever known as "Founding Members". A unanimous affirmative vote is required for the successful passage of this founding resolution.

Resolution A-2P2: Presidency Election & Powers
IN REGARDS TO ELECTION OF PRESIDENT: The Presidency is delegated on a rotation basis to member-states based on their admission date to the ACA. The Founding Members had an admission based on the vote for Resolution A-1, which followed the order: Medovia, Bakyern, Njordrlann, Rvandonia, Shedenoah, Foxomexra, Indiana. Any new member-states after this must be a member of the ACA for at least 1 month in order to be able to assume the Presidency, until then, they are not included in the rotation. The term of the President shall be 1 month. The President may select a Vice-President at their discretion, who is a non-voting member of the EC.

IN REGARDS TO POWERS OF PRESIDENT: The President of the EC represents the ACA internationally and is the face of the alliance in international settings. The President is also the primary driver of the Alliance agenda, but is not limited to only the President contributing to the agenda of the Alliance. Further responsibilities and limitation regarding the position of the President may be defined by further resolutions in the future. The President has the unique power of introducing resolutions without any co-sponsors.

Resolution A-3: Active Nation Definition
IN REGARDS TO ACTIVE MEMBERS: In order to prevent inactive members hampering the agenda of the alliance, the definition is made as such. An 'active' member-state is defined as one that from the moment of a resolution's introduction till 48 hrs has voted FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAINED from the vote for that resolution. Abstention must be declared by notification to the Executive Commission of their decision not to vote either way for the resolution. Total number of active members is counted at the end of the 48 hr period; a resolution may still pass before then if it has garnered 2/3 affirmative votes of the total number of executive commission members.

The respective resolution must clearly state the two member-states that are introducing the resolution. The only exception to this rule shall be the President of the EC, who may introduce any resolution without a co-sponsor requirement.
