中文（臺灣）：教育部長潘文忠今（21）日舉行上任後的第一次記者會，提出教育施政核心理念，也就是蔡總統這次大選所提到的「以國民學習權取代國家教育權，實現以學習者為中心的教育。」如果用傳統的說法，就是從強調國民有受教育的「義務」，蛻變到接受教育的「權利」，學生才是教育的主體，國家必須以學生學習為中心，重新調整新的教育體制。
