Object history
English: Coat of arms of the Danish town Sakskøbing. Based on the town's oldest seal from 1584. The symbol with the two scissors is known from a coin from 1320. The arms are canting with "Saks" meaning scissors in Danish.
Dansk: Sakskøbings byvåben, baseret på byens ældst kendte segl fra 1584. Symbolet med de to sakse kendes fra en mønt fra 1320. Våbnet er talende.
