Español: La Corte de Constitucionalidad amparó provisionalmente hoy a Lucrecia Hernández Mack ministra de Salud, y dejó sin efecto una circular girada por un diputado a los 72 directores de hospitales para asistir a una citación en relación con las asignaciones presupuestarias del Presupuesto 2017, informó la funcionaria en rueda de prensa, tras su participación en el Gabinete General de Gobierno.
Hernández resaltó que el recurso fue interpuesto ya que la citación no cumplía con los requisitos de ley; entre estos que la convocatoria incluyera el tema a tratar, y que se efectuara en las instalaciones del Parlamento. Por lo tanto, la titular de salud, recalcó que el requerimiento masivo de los funcionarios afectaría el trabajo de la cartera, el cual se enfoca en el cumplimiento de la atención para los guatemaltecos. |
