ICN Empress Emily (CVN-1) is a Conquest-class aircraft carrier in service with the Imperial Castarcian Navy. The lead ship of her class, she is named for the first Empress of the Allied Castarcian States (Empress Emily I) and serves as the flagship of the Imperial Castarcian Navy. She also serves as the lead ship of Carrier Battle Group Alpha.
History
ICN Empress Emily was constructed by Fort Castarcia Shipyards in Fort Castarcia. She was launched on 11 November 2013 alongside her sister ship, ICN Femme Fatale. The vessel is yet to see combat.
Design
Carrier air wing
Empress Emily can accommodate a maximum of 90 multirole fighter aircraft, however this is normally relegated to 75-80 to allow for other aircraft to be fielded such as early airborne warning aircraft and helicopters. She is well equipped with 'Starstreak' SAM launchers and multiple CIWS turrets.
Her sensors, processing systems and electronic warfare capabilities are not made public knowledge by the Imperial Castarcian Navy.
