The Procne was a heavy bomber produced by the Republic of Syara.

The Syaran Army Air Corps had never established a clear doctrinal role for the concept of strategic bombing, and as a result the approach of the Siduri War forced a rapid development of a heavy bomber for the purpose of attacking the enemies strategic assets. The result was the Procne, a four-engine, double-rudder aircraft intended to supply the Republic with the ability to strike at long range targets behind the front lines. The actual performance of the Procne left much to be desired; while it had by itself a decent range and payload, it was considered inferior to many of the bombers fielded by the Common Axis. Limitations of the aircraft, combined with various other factors meant that the Inner Sphere's strategic bombing campaigns failed to do any significant long last damage to the industrial capacity of the Common Axis. It was retired from active service in 1949.
