Simple boilerplate template to format statistical tables. It works with Template:Static row numbers, and makes formatting the table easier.
It can be used on tables with inline cell or row background colors. Neither are affected by this template.
Add {{Static row numbers table}} to the top line of the table wikitext of a table using {{Static row numbers}}
