The United Irfanic Republic of Hamada (Badawiyan: جمهورية حمادة الإسلامية المتحدة; al-ʾHamādāh al-Jumhūrīyah al-Irfānīyyah al-Muttaḥidah) is a self-proclaimed state in eastern Tsabara, which holds territories in the provinces of Hassani Abdelkrim, Qadessiyya, Kufayrat Abu Khinan, Aïn Djasser, Aïn Yagout, Bedjene and Al-Hasa. The UIRH lays claim to the entirety of Al-Hasa, Aïn Djasser and most of Bedjene and Aïn Yagout provinces. The proto-state is recognised only by XX, XX, XX and XX. The capital city and largest city within the UIRH is Sidi Amar.
The UIRH declared its Independence on 1 September 2020, after a nine-month period of being governed by a rebel authority, that was aiming to overthrow the central Tsabaran government and eight months of civil war. The formal declaration of independence followed a short period of debate among the rebel leadership, who accepted the unlikelihood of success in overthrowing the Tsabaran state. The declaration did little to affect the ongoing armed conflict between Tsabara and the UIRH. The origins of the UIRH lay with the establishment of the Supreme Political Committee for Liberation and Resistance, which formed in wake of the 2019 Tsabaran coup d'état. The SPCLR formed the Irfanic Liberation and Resistance forces to remove the government of Nazim al-Qutayni, which seized power in the coup. Heavy fighting and the collapse of the Irfanic fundamentalist Al-Isbah militia, which dominated much of Bedjene province from late 2019 until mid-2020 eventually led to a transition of aims to securing an independent Badawiyan Irfanic state. The UIRH receives assistance from Zprasan. According to the Euclean Community and Tsabara, Zorasan had also provided military aid to the rebels in the form of materiel, volunteers and trainers, a claim that Zorasan denies, it has also been reported that Ajahadya had also facilitated the deployment of volunteer fighters from its Irfanic population.
The areas claimed by the UIRH had a pre-war population of 15.7 million people and includes the entirety of Tsabara's onshore oil and gas fields. However, the government estimates that only half that population, 6.6 million are currently residing inside UIRH territory, this figure is owed to internal and external displacement. The UIHR is governed as a directorial republic, subject to the authority of the collective Council of State. Faizan Salah is the First State Councillor and the de-facto head of state and government.
