The 2023 Frellandic legislative election took place on April 17, 2023 in Frelland, a constituent nation of Scovern, to elect all 88 seats of the Samkoma, the nation's devolved legislature.

70 seats were directly contested and elected based on Frelland's national constituency boundaries. These boundaries are assigned seats based on party-list proportional representation using the Boeri method, with an additional 18 levelling seats to rectify any discrepancies between the seat count and vote proportion for any party.

The Liberal People's Party under long-time leader Peter Ismaelsson narrowly remained the largest party in the Samkoma with 28 seats, down from 35 in 2017. The Social Labour Party were unable to regain losses sustained in the wake of the 2017–18 Scovernois tax scandal, scoring only one more than in 2019. Agrarforbund under new leader Galti Sölvason did much better than most predicted, overtaking the Radicals to become the third-largest party. The regionalist and pro-Euclean alliance Vox Frelland landed six seats. The alliance between the previously mildly successful Frelland Forever and Vox Scovern saw them gain over 5% of the vote for the first time in history, simultaneously becoming one of Euclea's largest contingents of the continent-wide Vox movement.

Government negotiations began on April 18, with King Henrik inviting Ismaelsson's LFP to form government. Ismaelsson entered a coalition agreement with Sölvason's Agrarforbund the same day, forming a coalition government of 45 seats. Controversially, Ismaelsson was forced to begin efforts to reverse planned construction for a large new port in Mosfell as part of concessions to the agrarian party, which many had argued was a critical boost to the Frellandic economy.
