The 2023 Autumnal Equinox Election was held on 21st September 2023 to elect the members of the four commissions. The results were subsequently voided and the 2023 Autumnal Equinox Repeat Election was held and won by the centre-left Joint Progressive Party List (JPPL).

Opinion Polls

Opinion polling by the Dholavira Signboard indicated a tie between the JPPL and Coalition of Independents until the month before the election, after which the JPPL pulled slightly ahead.

Original Election

The original Autumnal Equinox Election was held on 21st September 2023. Saboteurs destroyed thousands of ballots, however, and the results were voided. Exit polls indicated a narrow plurality for the JPPL.

Repeat Election

Out of the 6 parties registered in all provinces, 5 won at least one seat. One party not registered in all provinces, out of 34 such parties, won at least one seat. Independents, and non-national parties that did not win seats, are not listed. Each voter casts four votes, one for each commission; hence, the number of votes is four times the number of ballots cast. With slightly over a billion votes, the election technically featured the largest number of votes ever cast in a single election.
