Espoona City FC , commonly referred to as Espoona City and colloquially known as City, is a professional Football club based in Espoona City, Espoona, that competes in the Premier League, the top flight of Espoonian football.

City have had major dominance in the league, wining 10 of the last 15 league titles, and winning a record 17 Sanuco Cups. It was created as a joint initiative between the EFF and the City Council. The club was the top local team in the city, became one of the country’s largest clubs, and after playing its 73rd game, became the most successful Espoonian football team ever. The fans bought the club out in its 4th season, when scares of a takeover become apparent as suitors had been spotted attending matches and training sessions. They formed the Espoona City Supporters Trust so that never again could investors threaten their beloved local football club.

Espoona City FC is committed to providing a positive experience for its supporters and the general public. At the heart of City's philosophy is the belief that sport should be fun, and that it should be enjoyed by everyone. In an effort to bring that spirit to life, every club member should be involved in the football club's running. Every member's input will help keep Espoona City FC at the forefront of the local and nationwide football scene.

Their youth setup has been a roaring success, rivalling only Solaris FC for the most homegrown players in their first team. Espoona City's youth teams also dominate the U21, U19 and U16 leagues, winning 34 Little League Cups between them.

The club's biggest rival is Ulton FC, based in the neighbouring city of Ulton. The rivalry has been won by Espoona City 23 times, and Ulton 15 times, with 2 draws. This rivalry is the biggest and most fierce in Espoona, with intense passion being showed at every single Espoona City-Ulton game being played. One of the highest attendances for a Espoona City game is for the historic match between the two clubs, when the record attendance of 75,000 people saw Espoona City narrowly edge out Ulton 2-1, thanks to a late goal by Louie Steel.

The pink third kit was created to promote gender equality and breast cancer awareness. It was created in Espoona City's 7th season, when fans signed a petition to include a third kit. The pink kit was first worn by City on the first game of their 8th season for their home match against FC Jente.
