Giorgio Saliero (14 August 1919 - 17 September 2002) was an Archadian soldier and restauranteur who served in the Archadian Army during the Second Europan War. In his division, he is known for his love of pizza and other Archadian dishes. He has also tried to leave the army and live a peaceful life away from war with a dream of opening a true Archadian restaurant outside his country. He is also known for his anti-fascist views and was among the 200,000 Archadians in the north who were forcibly conscripted.

When he was captured in 1943 during the Third Joyonghean-Quenminese War, many Allied soldiers were astonished at his culinary skills. Eventually, he defected to the Allies as a chef in the mess hall. He was given permission to stand his own restaurant in Joyonghea. When Yeolcheon was liberated in 1944, Saliero opened Joyonghea's first pizzeria in Yeolcheon called Pizzeria di Saliero and it soon became one of Joyonghea's most popular restaurants. With over 37 branches in Joyonghea and 350 outside Joyonghea, Saliero's restaurants continue to become an instant hit. During his residence in Joyonghea and for the rest of his life, he chose the Joyonghean name Seol Jeong-hun.

Saliero returned to Archadia after the Sanguinoso Colpo, where he died in 2002. His legacy continues among his children, who continue to manage their father's restaurants in Joyonghea and in the rest of the world.
