Jónek Andrzéj Nesz (in Weranic records known as Johann Andreas Ness; 28 July 1888 – 1 May 1967) was an Ostric-Weranic statesman and historian who served as the Provisional President of the Ostric Republic during the Great War from 1929 to 1931, as well as the founder and first leader of the Ostric People's Party.
