Louisa is the ninth-largest city in East Chanchajilla. It has a population of 242,000, and is located on the northeastern shore of Lake Louise, which gives East Chanchajilla a maritime border with West Chanchajilla and Zamastan. Louisa is a major border city along East and West, and since the conclusion of the 2021 conflict has seen a massive increase in border crossings. Louisa finds itself located on an international border, giving rise to a new economic and political structure. The city has served as a major tourist destination since the 1880s.
