Qasim Wajib (July 11 1912 - February 19 1986) was the second and last president of the Salamati Provisional Government and a general of the Salamati Independence Army.

After his rule, he quit politics and kept a low profile, which helped him to not get purged by Jalil Al Kharrabi's regime. He died of a lung cancer on February 19 1986 in the General Hospital of Dar Al Hamma.
