Roger Robin Forsythe Williams (born 4 August 1989) is a Cavian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Cavian Super League club Oscar Palace F.C. and the Cavian national team.

Williams made his first-team debut for Oscar Palace on 8 March 2008 in a league match against King's Arms, instantly impressing by scoring a brace. However, he only made eight appearances in his first season, as 2010 was his breakout season, scoring 14 goals in 24 appearances. Williams was named Super League Top Scorer in 2014 and 2017. He has been named as the Super League Player of the Month seven times, Super League Player of the Year once, and has been named to the IAFF World XI twice. Williams has scored over 150 goals for the club, sitting fourth in the club's all-time top goalscorer's list.

At international level, he represented The Cavian State at youth levels, playing for the under-16, under-19, under-20 and under-21 levels. He scored on his senior international debut on 27 June 2009 against Doggerland and was selected for the 2010 IAFF Gold Cup. SBM Sport ranked him as the third-best footballer on the planet in 2017.
