The Treaty Regarding the International Ownership of the American Western Plains, often shortened to TRIOAWP and colloquially referred to as America's Versailles or the Plains Failure was an international treaty signed to demilitarize several disputed territories in the Rocky Mountains and Great Plains. While still recognized as being in effect, the treaty is effectively null and void.
