Tanzigar (pronounced /ˈtænz.ᵻˌɡɑːr/; meaning "Harbour on the Tanz") is a major city in northwest Trellin. With a population of one and a quarter million, it is the second-most populous urban area in the province of Trelum behind Martheqa, the nation's capital. Located at the mouth of the Serëtanz, it is the second largest port on Trellin's Jajexan coast, behind Khem, and one of the most important in the Trellinese Empire as a whole. Before the twentieth century, Tanzigar was the chief naval port in Trellin.

Tanzigar has a long history as the chief port of the Trellinese Empire. In Trellin's colonial era, it was a crucial administrative and logistical centre for the transport of goods and wealth to and from the provinces.

The Royal Surgical College at Tanzigar was established in 1663 and remains one of Trellin's best-regarded medical colleges.
