The '''speaker of the House of Assembly''' is the presiding officer of the [[Heavenfall]] [[House of Assembly (Heavenfall)|House of Assembly]], the {{wp|Lower house|lower house}} of the [[Congress of Heavenfall]]. Unlike other [[Assemblymember (Heavenfall)|assemblymembers]], the speaker is expected to be impartial in their decisionmaking.

Speakers are elected following the opening session of each Congress, but before assemblymembers are sworn in. The current office-holder is [[Andrea Moreno]], who assumed the position on 1 April 2168 during the first session of the [[40th Congress of Heavenfall]].
