The '''Great Conference on the Fate of Heavenfall''', commonly known as the '''Fate Conference''', was held in [[Heavenfall]] over 6 months from September 2159 to February 2160 to discuss matters related to the "fate, future, and destiny of the Free City, especially in regards to upholding ideals of equality, fraternity, and order." The conference was called by [[President of Heavenfall|President]] [[Cecily Ishiguro]] during her 2158 [[New Year Address by the President of Heavenfall|New Year Address]] by invoking her powers under Section III Article 9 of the [[Constitution of Heavenfall|Heavenfall Constitution]]. After nearly two years of preparation, the conference was opened on 10 September 2159 by Ishiguro and closed on 29 February 2160 by [[Vice President of Heavenfall|Vice President]] [[Arturo Velázquez]].
