The '''Battle over Northern Calagains''' was a major interstellar battle and the fifth interstellar battle to be undertaken by both the [[Lijiang Republic]] and the [[Akannite Confederation]]. It marked the beginning of the [[Campaign of Calagains]] and the debut of the [[L.R.S. Huajia]] by the Lijiangite alongside the [[Senadon-Class Battlevessel]] by the Akannites. The battle was primarily fought by the [[Calagainian Planetary Defense Systems]] and the [[Hongjiang Fleet]].
