Sets the string <code>Disambiguation page providing links to topics that could be referred to by the same search term</code> <small>([[Template talk:Disambiguation#Edit_request_for_inclusion_of_short_description_template|per discussion]])</small> as the [[WP:short description|short description]] for disambiguation pages via the individual [[:Category:Disambiguation message boxes|disambiguation message box templates]]. Adds the tracking category [[:Category:Disambiguation pages with short description]] via the <code>pagetype</code> parameter. The use of <code>includeonly</code> here and in the transclusions prevents the templates from receiving that short description and category.
