This template should only be used for pinyin ruby characters. For bopomofo, please use '''{{Tl|ruby-zh-b}}'''. Otherwise, use the generic {{tl|ruby}} with the {{Tl|lang}}, or '''{{Tl|ruby-ja}}''' for Japanese furigana characters.
