Not to be confused with the Tripartite Pact or the Nine-Power-Treaty

The Three Power Treaty regarding Hawaii, also known as the Three Power Treaty or TPTH, is the treaty regarding Hawaii's independence and defense. Signed by the United Commonwealth, United Kingdom and Japan, the treaty grants Hawaii independence as either a republic or a constitutional monarchy, enforced by the UC, UK and Japan. It also outlines the defense of the islands guaranteed by the three nations, and the ability of Japanese and Commonwealth citizens to freely travel to the islands to ensure the continuation of Hawaii's tourism industry.
