Armenthia, formally known as the Armenthian SSR or Soviet Socialist Republic of Armenthia, is a state located in the North East of Elisia, bordering Ruotsaland and Novo Reslas. It is a communist country, with it's capital located in Francischia.
Government
The government is a mixture of democracy and communism: the people elect 100 "Representatives of The Electoral" which, every year decide if to keep the current chairman (with a maximum of three terms per chairman) or to elect a new one. Both Representatives of the Electoral and the Chairman must be "of political orientation in the parties associated strictly with the communist party and the communist party itself".
History
In 1750 BCE, the first State that covered the territory of modern day Armenthia was estabilished:Zuriancha. Not much is known about the nation, with only a few historical artifacts and scriptures being uncovered. The next State was the Francischian Empire, which lasted 250 years, from 150 BCE to 100 CE. In 100 CE, the Empire broke up after the death of ruler Franciscko VI. The City State of Francischia would be estabilished after the break up of the Empire and would last until 1247, when the First Armenthian Kingdom conquered it as well as many of the break up states. Following a short republican period from 1890 to 1894, the Kingdom would continue to thrive until the 1975 coup made by Pustihak-Li, but the illegitimate government lasted only until 1990, date of his death, and after chaos since the last ruler of the Kingdom was a queen, a communist revolution started and is still in power to this day.
