Arrogante (Spanish for "Arrogant") is a criminal group of occultists, witches, wizards, and warlocks and general demon worshippers. Founded by the enigmatic Madam Muerte following World War 3, it has drawn the sympathy from magic users who were displaced in the war as they escape the authorities, causing them to form the bulk of its membership.
