Episodes

No. Overall No. In Season Title
? 1 "This Isn’t A Vacation!"
There are two boats.

On the first boat.
(Tristao: “My dad, Almir Barboza, played this game and did so well. We’ve watched every season together, and now it’s my turn. I want to make him proud and show everyone I’ve got what it takes.”)
(Victoria: “Survivor’s going to be a cakewalk. I always get what I want, and I don’t see this being any different. I’m Queen Victoria, and they’re all going to learn that real quick.”)
(Guiomar: “You may remember me from Mr. Eligible. Well, I’m still married, and we’ve got kids now. Reality TV’s a part of me, and I’m ready to dive back in and take on this challenge.”)
(José: “I’ve done a lot in my life—skydiving, scuba diving, and now, Survivor. I may be 58, but don’t underestimate me. I’ve got plenty of fight left.”)
(Lina: “My wife is Marta Vieira from Season 4 and All Stars. I’ve seen what this game does to people through her stories. So I’m going to be smart, take it one day at a time, and make sure I don’t make a mistake. It’s all about patience and timing.”)
(Sergio: “I’m a 52-year-old Human Resources Manager, and more importantly, a husband and father to four incredible adults. I’ve got the life experience, and I think that’s going to help me navigate the social aspect of this game. I may be older, but I’m not here to be underestimated.”)

On the second boat.
(Susie: “I’ve been an artist for decades, and I’m also great friends with Jevonn Gaines from Vitosian Survivor. He’s given me some solid advice, so I’m ready to put it to the test.”)
(Sammy: “My husband, Dan Graham, came so close to winning his season. He got runner-up, but I plan to finish the job for both of us and bring the title home.”)
(Brianda: “Hey, I’m Brianda, and I’m the coolest mom you’ll ever meet. I’m here to make sure my kids can brag about their mom being on Survivor. Let’s do this!”)
(Cezar: “I’ve been a massive Survivor superfan my whole life. My brother, Benny Andrade, was on Season 1, and now it’s my turn. I’m ready to do whatever it takes to win this thing. Lying, manipulating? That’s all part of the game. I’m not here to make friends; I’m here to get to the end.”)
(Gervasio: “I’m a drag queen known as Roxa Laurel. I’ve always loved Survivor, and I thought, why not go from a drag competition to the most grueling physical and mental test possible? I want to prove that I can handle anything. Don’t get it wrong, though—I’m here to win.")

On Hayr: The Hayr tribe quickly sets up camp and starts forming initial bonds. Brianda Guerrero and Domingo Santa Maria take the lead in organizing the camp, using their practical skills to get a shelter built quickly. Claudia Monteiro and Monica de Lasan bond over their shared love of travel and photography, while José Araujo takes on a more laid-back approach, hoping to avoid early attention. (Gervasio: "I'm not here to be quiet; I'm here to play big. The vaults are going to be a huge part of this game, and I want to be the one who controls them.")
On Jyari: Over at Jyari, the tribe dynamics are already forming. Guiomar Tavares uses his reality TV experience to charm her tribemates and starts talking strategy with Salvador Rodrigues and Victoria Esterninho. Paulo Machada and Sergio Almeida bond over their shared life experience and immediately start working on the shelter. Emilie Alves and Tristao Barboza connect over their shared generational legacy, both feeling the pressure to live up to their family names. (Julia: "These kids might underestimate me because I’m older, but I have a lot of experience and a lot to offer. Plus, I've got my eye on those vaults.")
Reward Challenge: Jyari wins a complete set of fire-making tools and a tarp.
On Hayr: Hayr returns to camp disappointed but determined. Gervásio immediately starts searching for a key to the vault, believing that finding an advantage early on could change his tribe’s luck. Claudia and Brianda agree to form a loose alliance, sensing they need each other’s strengths to navigate the game. (Claudia: "We might have lost the challenge, but I think there’s a lot of potential in this tribe. We just need to find our rhythm.")
On Jyari: With their victory, Jyari is in high spirits. They quickly get to work setting up camp and making use of their reward. Salvador begins discussing the vault with his tribemates, suggesting they work together to find the keys. Guiomar and Sergio agree but make a side pact to keep any information about the vaults to themselves. (Salvador: "I don’t trust Guiomar or Sergio. They’re both playing their own games, and I need to make sure I’m not left out in the cold.") Victoria confidently declares that she’s used to being treated like royalty in her day-to-day life. She explains that because she’s the queen of the tribe, she shouldn’t have to cook or do much work around camp. This attitude doesn’t sit well with Julia, who takes pride in her contributions to the tribe, especially when it comes to food and camp duties. Julia finds Victoria’s refusal to help with cooking particularly frustrating and voices her annoyance to a few tribemates. (Julia: "We’re all out here struggling, and 'Queen Victoria' over here thinks she’s too good to lift a finger. This isn’t a vacation!")
Immunity Challenge: Hayr wins!
On Jyari: Back at camp, tension rises as the Jyari tribe faces their first Tribal Council. Guiomar and Victoria start rallying votes against Paulo, believing he is too much of a physical threat. However, Paulo hears about the plan and tries to shift the target onto Victoria, claiming she hasn’t contributed much to camp life. (Paulo: "I know my name is out there, but I’m not going down without a fight. Victoria is the weakest link, and she needs to go.") Meanwhile, Sammy Graham tries to play the middle ground, talking to both sides and trying to gather information to decide her vote. (Sammy: "I need to think long-term. Aligning with the right people now could set me up well for the rest of the game.")
Tribal Council (Jyari): The conversation centers around camp contributions and who can be trusted moving forward. The votes come in, and by a narrow margin, VICTORIA IS VOTED OUT.
? 2 "It Keeps Everyone On Their Toes"
The second episode begins with a surprising twist that shakes up the game: a returning player from a different version of the show, Lauren Navarra, joins the tribe that lost the last Immunity Challenge.
On Jyari: As Lauren steps onto the tribe, she reflects on her past. (Lauren: “I’m Lauren Navarra from Vitosian Survivor Season 17. It’s been five years since I played, and my biggest mistake back then was letting myself be overshadowed. Not this time. I’m coming in strong, with my own strategy, and I plan to make it to the end.”) (Lina: “I can't believe I'm on the same tribe as Lauren Navarra! Everybody underestimated her on her season!") Paulo and Lauren are sitting in the shelter. Lauren says that she is hoping to get far for her husband and for her children, Jenson, Rose and Olivia. Paulo says that he understands completely as he has a wife and a teenage son at home. Lauren says that the parents have to stick together. (Paulo: “I’m a huge fan of her husband, Joe. I would absolutely love to work with Lauren. She’s smart, strategic, and experienced. But at the same time, I know how dangerous she is in this game. If I align with her, she could win the whole thing.”)
On Hayr: Brianda begins to take on a more prominent role around camp. She volunteers to be the leader in various camp activities, making decisions and leading the group in constructing a better shelter. This shift in behavior raises eyebrows but also earns her some respect. She jokes around, tries to lead the group in silly songs, and makes efforts to bond with the younger tribe members, clearly trying to be seen as the "cool mom" of the group. (Brianda: "I miss my kids so much, but I want them to see their mom playing hard. So, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone to be more visible and make some bold moves.") (Emilie: "Brianda is trying to be like this fun, cool mom. It’s kind of endearing, but I’m not sure if it’s genuine or if she’s trying to get attention.") Domingo Santa Maria sneaks off into the jungle, suspiciously searching around the camp. He finds a key hidden near a tree and quickly pockets it. Later, he manages to open one of the boxes in the vault without anyone noticing and discovers a vote stealer advantage. (Domingo: "This vote stealer could change the game, but I need to keep it secret for as long as possible.") Gervásio Cassal and Claudia Monteiro realize a box in the vault is open, causing immediate tension and suspicion within the tribe.
On Jyari: Lauren starts contributing around camp. Salvador Rodrigues and Guiomar Tavares, who have just allied, approach her, eager to align with someone who knows how to play the game well. (Salvador: "Lauren is a valuable asset. She’s been through this before, and if I can get on her good side, it could really help my game.") Paulo is out fishing. (Paulo: "I’m not interested in getting locked into alliances. I’d rather play with voting blocs, moving around based on who has power and who doesn’t. It keeps everyone on their toes.") Lauren impresses the tribe with her knowledge of survival skills, including fire-making and shelter-building techniques. This helps her gain trust, particularly from the older members, like Sergio Almeida and Monica de Lasan, who value her experience and stability. (Monica: "Lauren knows what she’s doing. We’d be stupid not to keep her around, at least for now.")
Reward Challenge: Hayr wins a fishing kit and extra rice.
On Hayr: Hayr continues to ride their winning streak. However, the tension around the open vault box remains. Brianda, now more active and in the forefront, tries to keep the mood light and distract the tribe from the vault situation. (Claudia: "Someone has an advantage, and it’s not me. I need to find out who and figure out how to turn this to my advantage.") Claudia talks to Domingo and says that they need to figure out who took an advantage and vote them out immediately. Later, Emilie, Gervásio, and Domingo form a new alliance, recognizing that they need to stick together amid the growing paranoia about the vault. (Emilie: "There’s a lot of distrust right now. Forming a solid alliance might be the best way to navigate through this chaos.")
On Jyari: Lauren steps up to help motivate the tribe, encouraging them to stay strong and focus on the next challenge. Her pep talk is well-received, and the tribe’s morale lifts slightly. (Tristao: Lauren’s presence has been a boost for the tribe. She’s got experience, and I think we all feel a bit more confident with her here.) Lauren also begins forming closer connections with Guiomar and Sammy, seeing them as strong potential allies who could help her navigate this new tribe. (Guiomar: "Lauren’s been a great addition. I want to keep her close because she’s a player, and having a player like her on my side is good for my game.")
Immunity Challenge: Jyari wins!
On Hayr: The conversation quickly turns to who might have opened the vault. Domingo tries to play it cool, but several tribe members, including Claudia and Gervásio, suspect him due to his earlier disappearance into the jungle. (Domingo: "I can’t let them find out it was me who opened the vault. I need to deflect this suspicion onto someone else.") Gervásio and Claudia consider rallying votes against Domingo but decide it might be too early to make such a bold move. Instead, they target José Araujo, who they feel isn’t contributing much to challenges or camp life. (Claudia: "José is a safe vote. He’s not doing much for the tribe, and he’s an easy person to get rid of without causing too much drama.")
Tribal Council (Jyari): The discussion revolves around the opened vault and how it has stirred distrust among the tribe. José Araujo tries to defend his quiet approach to the game, but it’s not enough to sway the tribe. José IS VOTED OUT.
? 3 "TBA"
On Jyari: In the morning, Paulo and Sergio sit together in the shelter, enjoying a moment of camaraderie. Paulo says that, after this game, they need to stay in contact for sure. Sergio agrees. (Sergio: "Paulo is my closest ally in the game, no question about it. We’ve clicked, and I trust him more than anyone else out here. He’s the type of guy you can rely on.")
On Hayr: Brianda Guerrero takes her antics to a new level. Her attempts to be the "cool mom" and entertain her tribe escalate as she begins doing outrageous things to capture attention. At one point, she even starts twerking around the campfire. (Brianda: "I’m trying to keep things fun! Plus, my kids would find this hilarious.") (Domingo: "Brianda’s antics were funny at first, but now it's getting annoying. It's like she wants to be the center of attention all the time.") Later, everybody is in the shelter. Claudia Monteiro opens up about her love for photography, sharing some of her favorite shots and stories from her travels. (Claudia: "I’m hoping to connect with my tribe by sharing a bit of myself. It’s important to find common ground.")
At the challenge arena, it is revealed that one person will be swapped and whoever gets the Blue rock will swap. Monica is then swapped.
On Jyari: Monica de Lasan makes a concerted effort to bond with everyone. She takes the time to engage in deep conversations, sharing small stories from her personal life and learning about her tribemates’ experiences. (Monica: "I want to make real connections here. It’s not just about strategy, but also about understanding and supporting each other.") Everybody is in the water. Guiomar Tavares shares a bit about his past as The Bachelor eight years ago. He talks about how he met his wife on the show and how they have been happily married with two children. (Guiomar: "I never expected to be talking about my Bachelor days, but it’s a fun part of my past. It’s great to share and see everyone’s reactions.") Gervásio Abreu discusses his love for drag and what it means to him. He opens up about his stage persona, Roxa Laurel, and the confidence and joy it brings him. (Gervasio: "Drag is more than just an art form for me; it’s a way to be free and express who I really am. I’m glad I can share this with my tribe.") Susie talks about her career as an artist for the past 25 years, explaining how art has been her way of seeing and interpreting the world. As the day progresses, Julia Silva-Mata proves to be a constant source of entertainment and humor. Her quick wit and funny stories have her tribemates laughing, making her a beloved figure in camp. (Julia: "I’m here to play the game, but I also want to make people laugh. It’s important to enjoy the experience, no matter what happens.")
Reward Challenge: Jyari wins!
On Jyari: Enjoying their reward, the Jyari tribe relaxes at the waterfall. This time away from camp strengthens their bonds, and the tribe seems more unified. Monica continues to deepen her connections, and Lauren uses this time to subtly observe and learn more about her tribemates. Guiomar, Gervásio, and Susie share stories and jokes, further solidifying their bond.
On Hayr: Domingo secretly uses another key to open a locked box in the vault, discovering a hidden immunity idol. He quickly hides it in his bag, hoping no one notices. (Domingo: "Finding this idol is a game-changer. I need to keep it hidden and use it when the time is right.") Tensions flare when Claudia and Domingo have a petty argument over who should be in charge of cooking dinner. Sammy and Emilie decide to try and calm things down.
On Jyari: Now, back at their camp, Paulo, Sergio, Julia, and Lauren sit together in the shelter, sharing stories about their lives. Paulo talks about how, before he became an auto mechanic, he served in the navy for six years. Julia says that her husband also served in the navy and recently retired. Sergio and Lauren talk about how their fathers were in the army. (Paulo: "I love that the four of us were able to bond like this. It’s nice to know that even in the middle of a game like Survivor, we can find common ground and connect over things that matter to us.")
Immunity Challenge: Hayr wins!
On Jyari: Julia’s humor and charm have secured her a spot in the tribe’s inner circle. She jokes with Cezar and Emilie. Paulo Machada, who prefers voting blocs over alliances, decides to make his move. He approaches several tribe members, suggesting that they keep their options open and vote out Monica de Lasan, who he perceives as a growing social threat. (Paulo: "Monica is too well-liked. If she gets too deep into the game, she could win. It’s better to take her out now.") However, Monica’s social game has made her quite popular, and others, like Lauren and Susie, aren’t keen on the idea. They see more strategic value in keeping Monica around and maybe going after Lina. Later, Guiomar pulls Sammy and Lina aside for a private conversation, revealing his growing concerns about Paulo’s gameplay. He explains how Paulo has been quietly pushing for Monica to be the next target, and it seems like the tribe is starting to align with that idea. However, Guiomar expresses his belief that Paulo is a far greater threat than the others might realize. He points out that Paulo’s strong social connections and ability to play both sides could make him a formidable contender if left unchecked. (Guiomar: "I might be the only one seeing just how dangerous Paulo is. He’s playing every side on this tribe, and people really like him. But he made a big mistake going after Monica. The rest of the tribe has a soft spot for her, and now it’s social gamer versus social gamer.")
Tribal Council (Jyari): PAULO IS (barely) VOTED OUT.
