Oskar III Raikkonen (Born Oskar Emil Axel Jesperi Raikkonen Magnussen, 28 August 1993) is the King of Talvistova. He is the only son and sole heir of King Juren II Raikkonen and Sabina of Fjarora.
Future King Oskar was born at the Winter Palace in Ljustad in the second year of his father's reign as king. As is tradition, he was elevated to Heir Apparent on his tenth birthday, which was celebrated with a state dinner at the Capitol Building in Ljustad. Like most of the royal family, he was educated at the Royal Academy, before graduating to the Axel Arfvidsson Military Institute, after which he completed his obligatory 6 year term in the Royal Navy, which he served as an Artillery Officer of the Talvistovan Marine Corps. He was elevated to King on an emergency basis in the wake of the death of King Juren and Sabina at the 2018 October Day Bombings.
