Olcabria, officially the Olcabrian Republic is a sovereign country in East Calesia, on the coast of the Southern Sea. It borders C5 to the west, C24, C25 and C26 to the north, C4 to the east and shares a maritime border with C1 to the south. Its capital and largest city, Cerdaña, is the largest city within Southeast Calesia. Other major urban centers within the country include Aneto, Astún and Sabiñánigo. It has a population of 34,873,156 people.
During early antiquity, Olcabria was initially inhabited by various Ruthenic, Ixtarrian and Olcabrids before the Hernician conquest of East Calesia. Olcabria was initially apart of the Hernician province of X until the migration of various tribes from the north. The Ruthenian Era of Olcabria describes the various petty kingdoms that ruled over the area of Olcabria during this time.
In the preclusion to the Transmedan War, President Camilo Piedra and his cabinet were overthrown in 1929 Olcabrid coup d'état, where Piedra and other leftist-aligned politicans were forced to evacuate the country. The Olcabrian military junta was deeply unpopular, and their involvement in the war as a Sydenham Power eventually caused the overthrow of the military junta in 1937 after the Battle of Sabiñánigo. Their loss at Sabiñánigo caused the Cerdaña Revolution, which ended in the overthrow of the military junta and the establishment of the Provisional Republic of Olcabria. The Cerdaña Revolution marked their withdrawal from the war.
