Império refers to a a compositie monarchy in Gruppa4. The polity is made up of several states including Partiarcha, and Kozabumi all of which recognize the temporal authority of the Imperador as well as the spirutal authority of the Pope. Temporal authority, as well as the responsibilty of katechon is thought to reside in the members of the House of Ferdinand, who rule over the bloc's various polities.

Juxatposed to the internal coherence of Proletsvet, Império is the power of the sea - defending the mechanisms of free flows of trade and capital. Imperio as a result has developed the world's strongest navy, hosts many of its major banks, and controls the reserve currency.
