The West Phoenician government under the direction of [[Jezebel Bush|Queen Jezebel Bush voted in favour of the formation of the Un-West Phoenician Activities Committee.
The committee was established to investigate alleged disloyalty and subversive activities on the part of private citizens, public employees, and organisations who pose a threat to the peace and stability of the West Phoenicia.
The committee was given authority to bring to court those found guilty of such behaviour for imprisonment or death.
The committee also has the power to shut down any political party or organization deemed un-West Phoenician that poses a threat to the ongoing peace of the nation.
The committee falls under the portfolio of the Ministry of Homeland Affairs.

Committee members are voted in by the West Phoenician Security and Intelligence Organisation and are approved by the Royal family.
