The Holy See of Solaria, often simply called the Holy See or the See of Solaria, is the world's smallest sovereign entity. It is the jurisdiction of the Bishop of Solaria, head of the worldwide Solarian Church, and Pontiff of the Petrine Rite Catholic Church. The Holy See exercises universal ecclesiastical jurisdiction over the worldwide Solarian Catholic Church.
According to the Church's tradition, the Holy See was founded by the Tereserada. Peter took the primacy of the establishment of the concurrent Catholic Churches, became Pontiff of the Petrine Rite of the Catholic Church, and is regarded as the first pope.
Throughout almost all of its history the Holy See has been located in the city of Solaria. However, during the periods of the late 18th century to the mid 20th century the Holy See was relocated to the monastic fortress of Deléborn in Gaullica before returning to its ancestral seat.
