Wittisheim Naval Base is located on Corsica, off mainland Sieuxerr. It is a naval base used by the Sieuxerrian Navy.

It was established in 1936 receiving units from the former Marlotte Naval Aerodrome, which consisted of light cruisers and destroyers. During the Sixth Esto-Sieuxerrian War, Wittisheim Naval Base was used to run convoy interception and long range patrols alongside aircraft from Marlotte Air Base. In late 1940 to mid-1941, submarine pens were built. The submarines augmented the surface ships, and the patrols and raids proved successful.

After the war, the base was downsized a number of older warships that had remained in service during the war were sold and scrapped or used as gunnery targets. In the 1950s due to the cost of modifying the submarine pens and the increasing size of submarines, the pens were abandoned and were later modified into hardened storage facilities. The bases' stationed units, overtime, were consolidated into the Escadrille 28, or 28th Squadron (E28), which consists of three Charlemagne class destroyers (D679 Godeleine, D690 Jean-Jacques, D698 Rouby), a Danuta class air defense frigate (F817 Marie-Nicole) and a Durance class Replenishment oilier (A607 Chastain). The main mission of these ships is to act in coordination alongside carrier strike groups and patrol aircraft in defense against subsurface threats and as long-range pickets against aircraft.
