The Royal Ossorian Army is the land arm of the High Kingdom’s armed forces. It is managed and administered by the Ministry of Military Affairs, but ultimately answers to the Monarchy. The Army is the junior service arm to the Royal Navy and senior to the Royal Air Force.

The Lords of the Military
- The First Lord of the Military is the civilian head of the Royal Ossorian Army and holds a ministerial seat on the Privy Council. The First Lord is the most senior of the Lords of the Military, and thus the highest authority within the Royal Ossorian Army. They are responsible for the direction, control, and administration of Army policy. The current First Lord is Seán Ó Tórpa.
- The Second Lord of the Military is the civilian chief responsible for the Army's budgetary and fiscal management. The Second Lord is the second-highest ranking Lord of the Military and reports to the First Lord. The current Second Lord is Tomás Ó Maele.
- The Third Lord of the Military is the civilian chief responsible for the Army's health and personnel. The Third Lord is the third-highest ranking Lord of the Military and reports to the First Lord. The current Third Lord is Aidhne Ní Neighill.
The Martial Lords
- The First Martial Lord is the most senior active-duty officer in the Royal Ossorian Army and holds a seat on the Chiefs of Staff Committee. The First Martial Lord reports to the First Lord of the Military and is responsible for the overall strategic direction, force structure management and deployment of the Army. The First Martial Lord chairs the Martial Board and the Strategy Board. The current First Martial Lord is Lord Marshal Aodhán Ó Báire.
- The Second Martial Lord is the active-duty officer responsible for the Royal Ossorian Army's operational and tactical planning. The Second Martial Lord reports to the First Martial Lord and is the head of the Bureau of Planning (BuPlan) and the Office of Army Intelligence. The current Second Martial Lord is Marshal Máirín Ní Broin.
- The Third Martial Lord is the active-duty officer responsible for the Royal Ossorian Army's procurement and maintenance. The Third Martial Lord reports to the Second Lord of the Military and the First Martial Lord and is the head of the Bureau of Materiel (BuMat). The current Third Martial Lord is Marshal Lochlan Ó Scolaí.
