After graduating from Oxford University with a 1st class History degree, he attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he later became an infantry officer in the Grenadier Guards. He has been fought in the Vu Den Voc-Imperial Muhang War (where he won the Conspicuous Gallantry Medal), guarded the King of Great Britain and been on peacekeeping missions overseas.

Personal life

He is engaged to Margaret Pollin, daughter of Admiral John Pollin.

Education

He was educated at Oxford University, graduating with a 1st class degree at the age of 21 and later attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst graduating and passing the Platoon Leaders' Course.
