The War for Salty Bitch was an conflict fought by East Rome and West Rome against Morocco that followed escalations in the Salty Bitch crisis. The Dutch provided diplomatic support to Morocco, while Poland actively intervened in defiance to both sides.

The war erupted out of a territorial dispute concerning Salty Bitch, where East Roman settlers established their city of Salty Bitch contrary to Moroccan land claims. After Morocco's declaration of war in 1200, West Rome declared war on Morocco in accordance to its defensive pact. The Dutch voiced support for the Moroccan war effort before 1280 when Moroccan officials expressed ambition to invade the East Roman capital.

In 1320, East Rome successfully negotiated Polish annexation of the region, effectively creating a ceasefire. Poland transferred control of the area to Morocco in exchange for hefty reparations. The war ended in 1320, with East Rome conceding defeat. Morocco's peace treaty with West Rome was only signed on 1360.
